We are not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind about the purchase of cpap products. We will meet our obligation under the relevant Australian state legislation to provide a remedy if the goods are defective, or will otherwise require a suitable time-frame to have any concerns to be taken up with the manufacturer of the product in question.
Non faulty / unused product returns can only be accepted within 7 days of the original invoice date only and must be accompanied with the original receipt and be in the original packaging, unused and unopened. A refund will only be issued for the amount of the items on the sale and will not include shipping costs, accessories or other fees incurred by Friendlies.
Our Return Policy is not applicable to business to business transactions. If your enquiry is regarding such, please email us at email@example.com and provide the invoice number, item description, and serial number(s) of the merchandise you wish to return.
Returned merchandise must be placed in original packaging, and include product manuals and all other accessories.
All sales on masks, cushions, tubes and accessories are final if packaging has been opened. No refunds are available on any accessory items at any time. Friendlies may, from time to time, at its sole discretion issue refunds for accessory items, however this will be addressed in a case by case manner – please email or call us on 1300 369 239 if you would like to discuss a return on an item from one of these categories.
All Returns must be delivered to our head office at 217 Adelaide Street, Maryborough Qld 4650.
Any special offers courtesy of manufacturers must be taken up with the manufacturer specifically – ie. If a product includes money back guarantee, redemption vouchers or other.
All items are accompanied by the manufacturers standard warranty unless otherwise specified in the product purchase page at cpap.friendlies.com.au. For warranty claims, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can advise on the most appropriate process for your specific product and manufacturer.
